Jennifer Grace Jennings,
Founder & Executive Director
Jennifer Grace Jennings is the Founder and Executive Director of Rebecca’s Little Survivors Foundation. She studied Business Management and Economics and has worked with civic organizations, churches and charitable organizations such as Make a Wish Foundation, The Salvation Army, NASCAR and the American Red Cross. Jennifer served on The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club Advisory Boards and volunteered for the Sickle Cell Disease Association for America. She serves as Creative Director for Funlayo Grace, a manufacturing company.
She has created, developed and supported many NYC public program initiatives while working in the Office of Strategic Planning and Management for NYC Parks. She has managed the NYC Parks Arts, Culture & Fun programming and events on Staten Island and is a certified Shape Up NYC Instructor. She developed and implemented the NYC Parks Fitness Challenge 2014, where over 100 schools across all five boroughs participated, including hospitals in the Bronx and civic organizations registered and participated, produced over 100 membership drives collectively in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx – servicing New Yorkers through mobile outreach efforts at The US Open, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, New York City Department of Education, Disney’s Winter Jam in Central Park and Nickelodeons’ Fun Day of Play.
Jennifer loss her mom as a teenager and was tasked with raising and obtaining legal guardianship of her younger siblings. Although her mother’s cause of death has never been determined, she has made it her life’s mission to support other grieving children and their families by providing them with real resources to support their ‘win’ at life. Through the launch of The Little Survivors Mini Camp and other programs ran throughout the year, Jennifer has been able to support children who have also loss a parent or experienced trauma and provide them with supporters who understand the void, who care and are willing to help!
Her motto is, "When you have a solid support system, you will undoubtedly win at life!
